im over here sad over small things

when in reality, no one controls how i feel but me. i can’t depend on anyone to constantly feed my emotional needs. they can only do so much and the rest is up to you. idk what to fill these gaps with, but it shouldn’t be any person, and it’s not fair to them.

maybe you can start creating art. that's always been a cool way for ppl to dispose of their excess emotions

You’re right. Now the problem with me is I tell myself all those same things, but then my brain decides to do a 180 and make me feel like I need to depend. So if you’re anything like me, it’s REALLY important to identify the times your brain is just being stupid and you’re better than that.

@deathfairy I know how you feel. It sucks, but you have to try to do something to try to keep busy. I’ve been doing little projects home to distract me. Organize the hell outta stuff, you’ll thank yourself later 😌
