Why do people self sabotage relationships?

mostly its due to that person nature....and not realizing when they have something good BUT even then it still happens so it could just be some are set to do this to themselves.

Because of insecurities or abandonment issues

Maybe there's something in them that informs them they're not worthy of being in relationships.
