My only advice is to just let "it" out. We all have crap at times in our lives that make us sad and lonely.
I understand and I spend my days with those who are in pain from mostly drugs and alcohol.
Time heals a lot, also you need to know that besides relationships there are good friends that can help to support and build you up.
don't be alone, even if it is just an encouraging chat.

Ohh girl... better he left maybe. He gives you a chance to be there for yourself.. someone who enables or activates such feelings within you, you can surely do without. A proper guy would have at least find the courage to explain himself while being there to listen to you...

That's disrespectful and cowardly, to say the least. He should have had the guts to face up to you.

I wish you good luck with moving on and finding someone who will treat you better than that, as you no doubt deserve.
