Does anyone else find it amazing the power sexual energy has?

It makes people make stupid decisions. It bonds people in relationships. So many songs written about it. Almost seems like it's as important as food and shelter. I mean, you see people who've spent years building up a career throwing it all away because of a moment of sexual pleasure. Or people staying in bad relationships because of the same. But I don't see anyone throwing away their career for a chance to eat a juicy steak. Lol. It just seems like sex/sexual energy is a really powerful force. I don't even know what I'm getting at with this vent, this is just a random thought.
