I have such a wonderful man in my life who gives me so much. I want everything to make it work but ultimately I know we are on two different paths and the reality is our lives won't work together. I hate being the one to need to let things go.
You're wise to recognize that now, rather than waiting until the resentment builds and things get ugly. There are relationships I truly wished I had ended much sooner.
I recently left a relationship because she was bad for me and toxic. I think she wanted the best but never gave it. Even so it hurt leaving but I know it's the right thing because I'm far less stressed now.
