How does racism divide everyone regardless of position in society?

@Elevatorpitches I've lost jobs because I'm NOT a minority
Have had to carry people at work because they knew they couldn't get let go because of quotas etc
Been stopped by cops because i wasn't in the right neighborhood

@pdockal well whats the solution to racism?

@Elevatorpitches there is NO solution especially when the government gets involved tooooooo much

The system needs to have NO quotas and after you get hired you stay because you perform well etc
