Well, my husband has passed, but Ill give you my honest opinion on it. I don't like it, never did like it, don't like to witness it, and I think it's totally rude! Has nothing to do with "insecurity". If I'm with someone, they're either "with" me, or not. Plain and simple. It is a matter of respect for the other person you are with. I don't go out with a man, so he can be stupid and eyeball every other woman he passes, right in front of my face. That is just plain rude. If he wants to do that, he can do that on his own time, but he won't do it on mine. If that's what he's looking for, and cannot even give his date the courtesy of concentration they deserve, then he shouldn't have gone out on that date. I don't know where Society thinks that's okay, but it's not. I could stay home and get better treatment than that, from my cat. They can't go two minutes without oogle-eyeing all the women? Come on!

@LadyGrace Yes this is what I think too. For it to at least not happen on my time...
@turningthekeys Absolutely!! That's not too much to ask.
