Could you ever be in a relationship with someone who's form of love is buying you things?

Let's say no physical contact at all? Be honest, as a real relationship. Could you fall in love with them? if they bought you basic needs, gifts, trips, cooked your food. no kiss no hug, no nothing affectionate.

@TheeRoyalBee Sure. I mean, if he bought all I need, feed me etc I can. I could let my body just to satisfy him (no affection just sex in order to repay him). I am okay.

After all failed relationship, I have nothing to expect from anyone anymore unless it gives beneficial to me.
