Do you and your partner share bathroom or go separate me and my partner never share bathroom only when sharing a romantic bath together that’s it do you?

The only time we close the bathroom door is if we are having a bowel movement and don't want to inflict our odors on our partner. Other wise the door is open and the other partner is free to enter or exit or join in.
