Been seeing someone for two weeks. How soon is too soon to be official?

We were explicit with each other that we were exclusive from the very first date. We've also had deep conversations about what we both want out of the relationship and it seems like we're on the same page about everything. I've met her friends, and she's met mine. And we're both in grad school at the same uni so we've had chances to spend a lot of time together. I'm talking late nights up to 2am, just taking, vibing and enjoying each other's company. And I also don't feel like we're smothering each other because like I said we're in grad school and have busy lives lol. But when we do get the chance to be free and aren't hanging out with friends, our energy seems to match so well.

She's actually already even brought up talk of being official, but I didn't say yes or no, I just told her (truthfully) how refreshing and amazing it felt to be with her, and how I haven't felt this with anyone else. But I know she wants it too.

I want to make it official, but everything I read says it's too soon. And yes I read stuff from the internet for advice because without everything I've learned over the past two years especially, I probably would still have trouble even talking to a woman lol. But I also know that there's bad advice online too, which is why I'm asking here for advice specific to my case.

They say you need to spend a cumulative 36 hours together and I feel like we've spent more than that. Some "dates" were even mundane things like grocery shopping. I want to ask her, but I don't want to move too fast.
