I Love the Library
They're great. Bookstores, on the other hand, are dangerous. The library is free, Amazon is cheap... yet somehow I always end up wasting my money at Barnes and Noble. Why?!

We like the smell of new things, they have more variety, its more up-to-date, the magazines have been picked over less, they have a cafe, the restrooms have paper towels, and the staff shoos the homeless out. OTOH, the library has stuff stores do not, and I like the web site search feature and reservation system of the library. Both have author events. Just my experience.
