David Shaw-Parker trained at RADA and began his acting career at the RSC in 1977 having subsequently appeared at The National Theatre, in many of London's West End Theatres and Broadway NY. His films include The Man Who Knew Infinity, Still Life, Kafka, Leprechauns and The Muppet's Christmas Carol.
Now this voice is a 10 out of 10 for me, he does Anthony Trollope and John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress, I don't see much else with him at the helm on Naxos, which makes me value what I do see and hear more. Very pleasant to listen to with a clarity and infectious buoyancy.
