old paperbacks
i ask is it possible to read old paperbacks and not have any pages be loose or falling out? how do you take care when you're reading?

In my experience, if the quality is poor to begin with then the spine will soon split, pages will fall out - whatever care you try to give the book. Most of the time you get what you pay for. Finding older paperbacks in Charity Shops, often you can find well thumbed books that will prevail for years to come!
