I read everyday but not as long as I wish cause I am a bit of a TV addict. haha But I could, and have read all day and I can spent hours in a book store, easy peasy! What are some things you like to read?

@aniave Fiction mostly. I read every night in bed, though sometimes my eyelids close before I've even gotten through a paragraph or two, lol. I am a bit of a TV addict as well :-)

I do mostly non-fiction but I started American Gods because the show was so good and the book OMG! so good too!

@aniave I absolutely loved that book. Have met some people who weren't all that into it. But it is so well-written. Easily one of the top five novels I've read in recent years. By contrast I wasn't all that thrilled with the TV show; I thought it strayed too far from the book and was a bit overdone. But I'm willing to give it a second chance if they make a season 2 :-)

You didn't like it???? *faints
I devoured the show and can't wait for season 2 (which they better make).
That is a very common complaint by people who've read the book prior to seeing the show/movie but adaptations has to be made to fit on screen and keep story moving (I think) hahaha

@aniave Oh, I didn't hate it or anything, I just felt it was a bit of a let-down after the book was so awesome, that's all :-) And yeah, I agree... you can only fit so much onto the screen etc, so changes are natural and necessary. I totally agree.
