Kind of like the DVD situation...

I also read the same books over and over. The stories get stuck in my head and I have to revisit. A couple of more recent ones though (for me, anyway), I have really enoyed are "Life In A Jar: The Irena Sendler Story" and "Lincoln's Battle With God," both non-fiction, though I mainly read fiction, as a rule. Ironically, though I am a long-time fan of Isaac Asimov, with a special fondness for Elijah Baley and Daneel, robotics and AI kind of scare me. Go figure!

You're alright. I'm a librarian and I know plenty of people who read like you do. The trick is divide your time a bit between an old favourite and a possible new one
