Does anyone here still read books?

I received several books for Christmas and I can’t wait to get started. I love the feel of a book in my hands, the act of turning the pages.
And if it’s an older book, the smell of the pages, and thinking about who might’ve read the book before me.
I enjoy all subject matter and categories: history, biographies, financial and life advice, non-fiction and science fiction.
My least favourite book? Facebook 😂

I love books! I know a kindle would be great, but it’s just not the same for me. 🤷‍♀️

@SW-User Uncle George was saying this weekend that he likes you can enlarge the text. I have to say I’m glad the option is out there as I’ll probably need it someday! Going to have to bite the bifocal bullet next time I go in. 😝

@JustNik we got our daughter an e-reader for Christmas, guess we’ll see how it goes but I don’t see myself converting

@JustNik Defintely an option for me as well. I coulda, probably shoulda...but still doing the “take the glasses off and squint” dance for now 🤓

@JustNik I was considering getting progressive lenses, but I've heard mixed reviews on them from people that have them
