I love to escape a short while into this room of books! So many of my father's books are here. He loved to read. It is sad he can't be here still, but we have his photo here to look at and remember him by. I never really got to know him as he was killed in the Troubles when I was only three.

@SligoGirl I didn’t realise the troubles reached Sligo as it was usually contained in the north. Condolences for your father, books are a lovely keep sake.
