I used to love to read

I find it difficult to find the time to do so these days. I discovered audio books about a year ago and now I'm flying through books. What are peoples opinions on audio books is it as beneficial as actual reading.

Personally it has allowed me to enjoy books again although I feel guilty that I'm not experiencing them in the intended format.

I find it difficult to find the time and focus to read. I got that book because I am focused on the political and social situation in America right now and I am hoping I can dive in and get myself back to reading.

I started listening to podcasts last year but I even struggle to listen to them because my mind is all over the place. 😂
