Maldoror and Poems -- Lautreamont

Isidore Ducasse, the author's name wrote a great proto-modern work with this, very important to the Surrealists, I read from the Penguin edition, but I first had an Exact Change edition I think that's the name of the publisher, well that one had Poesies, and that is wonderful, I wonder if that is what this edition means by Poems, well we'll see, but first is the celebrated Maldoror
