I fully agree with all of it except his assertion that "time is motion".
Time of itself does not actually exist. What exists is eternity. Time is a man-made concept, whereas man had nothing to do with the existence of eternity.
All that exists even in eternity is the 'now moment', which means that time is not actually in motion at all. All there ever is, is 'right now', this instant.
That is why planning is a futile endeavor, just as guilt and worry about what seems to be a past event is equally as futile.
It was actually Einstein who proved that 'time' doesn't exist.
