LOTR books, can you still get old editions

i'm a big lord of the rings fan and i lost my lord of the rings books long ago, i moved around residency's quite a bit and the books were lost.....i prefer old vintage books and wondered would it be possible to find old editions of the lord of the rings books online?

i don't like modern printings of old books.

I have a box set of all four books, trade paperbacks. I've read it several times, the first in 1967. I doubt I will ever read it again. The movies ruined it for me. The last movie I saw in a theatre was the first LotR movie. The second and third ones I waited and got from the library. So disappointed.
I was going to suggest Amazon for used editions that are vintage but prices can be high.
I currently have a fiftieth anniversary edition still wrapped in the original celephane and with all the original advertising.
I found it at a used book store and bought it for the original sale price printed on the sleeve, it’s a single volume trilogy edition. I paid 59.95 US for it..
I have a good collection of these books
I have all of these, the three volume boxed set came from a thrift store for five dollars and it’s in excellent condition. The red book I’ve had for many years, the green one is the sealed fiftieth anniversary edition. I also have a single volume trilogy in paperback and a three volume set also in paperback plus an addition of the hobbit in hardcover with a slipcase and a pocket hobbit in softcover

Just a quick search and I was able to spot some older editions on Amazon and E-bay. Certainly not going to come cheap.
