There may be others hidden in the works of the Puritans for example Perkins' A Golden Chain can be seen as what William Ames does who is cited below. I love the Reformed heritage and legacy, in theology no one does it better, not the Charismatics, nor the Dispensationalists, nor any other manner, although i am beginning to expose myself to Catholicism, who gave the Theological spectrum a truly masterful work in Thomas Aquinas' Summa Theologia which is highly esteemed by the Reformed.
