Anyone read or heard anything about the book "A Course in Miracles" ?

I stumbled across it and it seems like an interesting read and there's nothing else I'm actually reading right now...

@elafina It's coming back to me, she had some of it on audio tape and we used to listen to it in the car. It was like 30 years ago so I don't remember much.
