Recommend this book!


If you are like me and have struggled with emotional disregulation and are really hard on yourself than I recommend this. I am becoming more aware of my emotions especially in stressful situations like the one I had just an hour ago and I must say I am responding better in these stressful situations. I am not freaking out and getting very aggressive at ppl or with myself. Also my current therapist has been helping me to. Anywho I am
