What purpose do book bans serve when those same books can be bought off Amazon?

They start book bans by denying access to young people. This is to control what they learn. Florida and Texas are perfect examples. They want children to learn that the US civil war was about states rights. What they don't want children to know is that it was about states rights to have slaves.
