@Pfuzylogic Haven’t heard of that one…guess that’s a good thing? Haha

@whisperingwillow Neuromancer was a classic I mean for science-fiction. I was really good, but William Gibson had followed up with another book and this time he tried to write three parallel stories at once, and it just was a mess.

@Pfuzylogic At least he tried! I have a respect for authors who experiment and take risks with their writing. I prefer for them to make it worth my time though lol

@whisperingwillow he is one of my favorite science fiction novelists! Just this one novel seem like a brain fart.

@Pfuzylogic I’ll have to check him out then! Maybe that dud was part of his learning process!

@Pfuzylogic I didn't like Neouromancer enough to go any further.

@PhilDeep
I read that book twice and even took extensive notes so that I could write my own Novel which I preceded to do.

@Pfuzylogic I think sometimes we just approach a book at the wrong time. I might give it another go. Which other sci-fi inspired you, I wonder? I find it an interesting genre but I've not been highly impressed by any authors in it so far.

@PhilDeep There was an anthology of science fiction stories called “Dangerous Visions” by Harlan Ellison. I couldn’t recommended any higher.!
