What is a highly recommended book you read and hated?

I’ll start…

For months everyone kept recommending The Never King in all of my reading groups. I finally caved and read it. It was terrible, but that’s my unpopular opinion!

@Ozymandiaz you know….I was reading that book…Then I lost the book and I forgot all about it. I don’t believe he ever finished that series though, did he?

@whisperingwillow No, I think the last book is about 10 years overdue. Not that I will be reading them I reckon.

@Ozymandiaz lol, I remember when I was reading his one book, someone bashed me hardcore for reading a series that would never be finished. Honestly, their rude behavior toward me only inspired to finish it in spite of them. Probably a good thing I lost the book haha

@whisperingwillow I know a lot of people liked it but it wasn't my cup of tea. It had too much of a Harry Potter feeling and the main character was just way too good at everything.
