I need a dragon expert?

Ok this may sound totally random but I promise there's an important reason for this. I've been all over the web and haven't found anything, so do any of you know anything in mythology or folklore about dragons having a weakness? I've only ever heard about using swords to stab them or using special chemicals to put them to sleep, but is there anything about them having a precise weakness?

From what I read, it takes a dragon to kill a dragon. However, if you are able to penetrate it's heart, you may very well kill it.
