Reading goals, and methodology
Time myself 30 minutes, to represent an episode of Dark Shadows and classic Doctor Who, whose total episode count could be in the vicinity of 2,000, that would be an annual minimum for reading, from now to the end of 2022 is developing the necessary grooves in my mind to do this daily. Something like 10 or more 30 minute sessions a day.
For each hundred titles a post, with my batch i'm doing now i shall soon be joyously working on the first of what i hope to be a 100 posts (a total of 1,000 works) .... my math sucks, 10 100 posts would be more like it.
The norm must be to read all through the wake period, on a monthly basis i thus only am required to watch 20 movies from The Criterion Channel, making use of their splendid supplements.
4 times a year i am allowed to get new reading material for up to 100 dollars.
The classics shall predominate, but also of exquisite interest is biographies.
In the physical format, i must go through all the LOA volumes i have of 2 great authors (7 volumes) before getting more physical copies, which may take me to 2024.
The kindle is the ideal reading format, i could sing it's praises till the steaks in restaurants reverted back to cows. But i need that time to read.
Participating on SW and all other online activity is to keep my head from being too taxed.
