Reading before bed.

Does anyone else like to read for half an hour or so till you fall asleep?. I do it almost all the time.

I’ve been doing it for last 8-9 years, mostly I read ebooks on my phone in the dark mode. I love that.

@ethereal I am thinking of getting myself some kind of ebook since you can store so many books in that. but I do like to hold an actual book in my hands. I guess I am old fashioned :)

I'll read an actual book at night if I'm in the middle of one, but I try and stay away from anything online because of the way it stimulates the brain.
