It depends on a lot of other sun and moon risings and cusps. This is not always true.

@SW-User lolz...I've studied astrology and trust me, zodiac signs is only 10% accurate. Only coz we are born in different timezones, hence a person born on the same day and time in China won't have the same fate as the one born the same day and time in the US. 🤷‍♀️
