Who is your favorite author?

Let the hate begin... But my favorite author would be Ayn Rand.

@PrivateHell I really liked Atlas shrugged and Anthem. But she gives too many unnecessary character antidotes.
@Lostpoet true, but her stories were so predictive it was scary. Atlas Shrugged could be happening as we speak in our current climate.

@Lostpoet I've made the prediction that we could very well see our society go from Atlas Shrugged, slide into We the Living, and end up like Anthem

@PrivateHell We won't be around by that time. Have you ever read Player Piano? It's one of Vonnegut's. I think he has come the closest at predicting how it'll be in America.
@Lostpoet No I haven't. I am currently writing my own on this subject though. A dystopian future where American becomes 1920s Russia basicly.
