Is nature moving towards dissolution, or integration?

Modern, Western scientific thought holds that all things move towards greater entropy —declining into disorder. However, ancient Eastern philosophies argue that nature is cyclical, and will both move towards disorder and greater order.

The question is, Are humans better at creating, or destroying?
