Okay...but you have to shout from the abdomen...because all your worries are get stored in that naval area...when you shout louder all worries will get burnt...that's why when you laugh harder you feel very light and sometimes cramps will happen when you laugh hard😀 @SW-User

@SW-User Hey that reminds me of something. Once I was really stressed and I argued around my mum and her housemaid that I feel like screaming, so she ( my mum) told me to scream and it'll all feel better and I did and lol the outcome was amazing xD Maybe you have a point.
