When is the last time you learned a new word ?

And tell me the word if you can remember it.
I just learned "specious" which means :
superficially plausible, but actually wrong.
"a specious argument"
Or
misleading in appearance, especially misleadingly attractive.

Why don't we use that word more ? I think we could call ALL advertisements Specious.

You know I'm not an English speaker
so during the day we see posts
of members with an amazing vocabulary
and then I google the words + meanings
so I learn every day
too bad my memory is going

@SW-User Well, good luck with remembering words. Learning English when it's not your home language must be frustrating sometimes because it can be so weird and confusing.

It can be understood through tough thorough thought though. <- Look at those last five words. It's ridiculous but interesting. ☺
