What's the best book series you have read?

My favorites are the Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin, Earth's Children by Jean M. Auel, Crystal Cave series by Mary Stewart, and Shannara series. I like big books with deep plots. I need more ideas for a book series to read.

try Robert Jordans Wheel of Time series, if you like ASOIAF it should appeal

Patrick Rothfuss 'The Name of the Wind' series might work for you too, though it hasnt been completed yet

Daniel Abrahams 'Coin and Spider' series is also very good
