Fiction or nonfiction?

Why?

Both is an acceptable answer. Please elaborate.

Nonfiction. I do not like to read stories that are made up by somebody that give me no knowledge or benefits to the real world

@SW-User I prefer nonfiction as well, but I think fiction can, if done well, have some epistemic benefits.
