yes - it was one of those books that I've heard many people talk about, seen movies (not very good movies) about... and decided to read... its an interesting read... it takes a little getting used to the writing style, but very enjoyable read.

nice. yea, I keep hearing about it. My mom got me a copy when I was kid, which I neglected... I have read bits and pieces of the so-called "metaphysical poets", but I'm not sure Swift was at all associated with them - in terms of writing style.

@Sebastion "Once an Eagle" seems like a very interesting book, thanks for that reference. I think I might download the TV adaptation
