How do i get smart

Like in school and stuff
Tatsumi · 31-35, M
You can't reqlly change your intelligence level too much. But you can enhance your brain, and try to raise it to its full potential.

That means lots of exercise--weights or cardio or both--eating a balanced, healthy diet full of lean meats, veggies or fruits, fish is great, seeds and nuts, etc. Getting healthy sleep will also help.

Beyond that, you could integrate some nootropics--research to find the best ones. And ginko biloba, found at pretty much any grocery store in the supplements section, to increase blood flow to the brain, namely resulting in better memory and concentration. I'd recommend at least 120 mg per day. Though, be cautious if you take anything that increases serotonin. And also don't take it before a dentist appointment or take pain killers that thin the blood wkth it. Since it increases blood flow, it can cause issues with too much bleeding. But, not too big of a deal. It's quite safe.

Beyond that, hack your brain. Learn how it works, and learn new ways to absorb information. Mnemonics, tapping into pre-sleep creativity, studying right before bed [solidifies memory], pomodoro--stop procrastination by saying you will only study for 20 minutes. Then take a 10-20 min break. Rinse and repeat.

@Tatsumi fuck you ur the one spewing hate at me
Tatsumi · 31-35, M
@TheSettingSunIsCrying Umm. Yeah. After you called me an asshole for spending like 10 minutes writing something extremely helpful to you. Then "who gives a fuck about the effort you went to to help me."

Enjoy your stupidity. Clearly, it's quite powerful.

Try going to school... Or driving in its direction... If you need Google maps to get there.. Give it another year

Read. Challenge your brain with new hobbies. Try doing things that challenge you. Or do something you usually do another way. All of these will help your brain stay flexible, and will help you retain new things you learn easier.

Question everything. It'll help you understand the subjects better if you look for answers behind them.
