I think the Atheists just get annoyed at the way so many christians keep preaching at them in the same way their posts annoy you.

I often get christians knocking on my door attempting to convert me to their religion. I've never had an Atheist knock on my door to try to convert me to their beliefs.

Fair enough, my point though is that usually these comments I see are entirely unprovoked (at least from a social media standpoint; idk what's happening in real life).
