Here is a quote I heard from a tv show that is great for this... “Just because you fall on your ass, doesn’t mean you have to stay there.” It gets better. It doesn’t usually get better with ease but it eventually does. I went through a really tough time a couple years ago and I’m still getting back up on my feet. Just stick with it. People talk about the light at the end of the tunnel but the tunnels entrance could be right there. At night the tunnels entrance is dark but it is still navigable. You will get through it!
