No. Everyone knows. It is not something that I can hide.

I battle depression and the people closest to me know. Others suspect something is wrong but aren't sure.

One is an ex. The other are not very important. I don't even know how to explain it. Just messed up.

I'm fortunate I don't get 'hit' too bad, and can recognize it and ride it out, eventually it passes. Just a cycle thing I've noticed through the last several years. I'm thinking most likely influenced by chemistry in my body/mind.

Luckily no. I have a lot of bad days. But it's mostly because I have tons of really sorry people in my life.

No. I just get very sad for very understandable reasons.

@LittleLegend you can try some counselor or therapist ... they will really help you ..
