I would like to control nearly everything, but I know that I pretty much cannot control anything...so I have endless anxiety. :)

Probably.. I have control issues but I'm not a freak about it.
The actions and behaviors of my children. Not to a weird extent - but letting them know when they are making inappropriate comments. As in - when my daughter puts on her "look at me look at me, aren't I hilarious and don't we have a wacky family?" show for people shes only just met. There is no yelling involved, only polite comment of "would you please stop" "please don't"
