Expired doesn't mean safe, most toxins break down over time and are usually just less potent.

It depends what it is, but most poisons are likely to stay poisonous.

It depends on what it is. If it's intended for the purpose of poisoning something like a pesticide or herbicide then it has probably lost its potency. If it's a toxic substance naturally it can degrade into something even more deadly.

It will still kill you, but if it is past the expiration date you will probably feel nauseous afterwards. 🤪
