That’s a terrible idea.

If things work out, then there isn’t separation between work and home, you need some distance in a relationship to have things to talk about.

If things don’t work out, can make work more stressful than necessary, to the point where one or both of you will feel the need to change jobs/companies.

@NewRaven exactly I've done it twice good thing me and my sons dad get along but the recent one he's like a stalker no one even approaches me at times to say hi when he's around I will never date another co worker no matter what job

It can be tricky. It depends on a lot of things.
