If there were a gang of lads say early 30's and one said what a minger looking at me look at clothes and other said I don't know I think they would look better on my bedroom floor is he trying to say my clothes look trampy.

No he just means he wants to get them off...as in he wants to "get you naked"

If I understand what you said correctly... The one that said that your clothes would look better on the bedroom floor is meaning he'd rather see you naked and since its a bedroom floor... probably implying he'd want to be in bed with you....IMHO..
