You are absolutely right the new stain will be immune to the vaccine, keep the people in frea and they will do as told
Punches · 46-50, F
@Brooklynbum But if they keep finding "new" strains, won't they have a hard time keeping up with the latest vaccine?

It is like every year when a new cell phone comes along and suddenly the old one is obselete.

I think it is what is called a "wild goose chase"
Brooklynbum · 61-69, M
@Punches as long as they keep people in fear the can do as they please
Punches · 46-50, F
@Brooklynbum I might be lucky that I have been BS'ed enough in life that I do not scare easily.

I still remember all the other things in the past 40 years that they have tried to scare us with and almost none of it was as bad as they said, if it happened at all.

Rapture, world war 3, 1984, Y2K, Dec 21 2012, and how many other diseases?
And countless other smaller things we were suppose to fear.

If’s almost like they could have prevented this, like with an earlier lockdown for just a bit longer, instead of thinking it would just miraculously disappear with the heat... 🤔

Yes, human nature is to just to take the path of least resistance.

So when this new vaccine comes out, rushed, using technology that hasn't been tested at this scale before, people just push all that aside, roll up their arms and say "Give it to me!"

If its an easy fix, just take this pill, just buy this product, just claim this status and the problems will ALL go away, people fall for this every, single, time.

@SumKindaMunster next thing you know they'll fall for scams to help lose weight overnight.

@Punches 😂 Can you imagine??

@SammyJo Probably true but if the new covid strain is immune to the old vaccine then what good would it do to get vaccinated?

There is just something "Walmarty" about the whole thing.

I am one of those who avoids meds anyways except an occasional Tylenol when my head hurts.

I would think most people would be over the freak-out phase by now. I mean they keep making the story bigger and bigger but still, it should be like "yea whatever".

Of course using fear tactics is far from new.

@Stargazer89 You mean like companies making it mandated or the federal govt doing so? I am not asking to start an argument, just genuinely wondering this myself.
haha you really are so funny

You aren't wrong. If people really aren't afraid to die, why so adamant about getting some shot to TRY and prevent it. 🤔
People will believe anything. It sucks how this evil vaccine may be mandated
