Sounds like my everyday life. Lol.

Probably a pasta dish with fresh tomatoes, lemon, basil and chicken. It’s a crowd pleaser and only takes 30 min. Then I can nap the other 90 min.

Grilled chicken breasts, potatoes, fresh green beans sauteed with butter and sliced almonds, and a romaine and spring mix spinach salad with cucumber, tomato, and avocado, and sparkling cider. I am a careful shopper; drop the cider if it goes over budget.
