Paycheck is better but as a boss I never get to take time off. I would say managing people sucks but managing processes is pretty okay.

It depends on the person.....I had kind of the best of both, as I was an attorney but was never a partner/owner at any of the places I worked. Some people like being the boss, others (like myself) would rather focus on the job at hand rather than the administration aspects.

There's a Jewish saying: "I wish you to have many employers".
When they say that, it isn't meant to wish you the best. 😂
