I am so sorry that this is happening. I agree with everyone else, get the heck out. Your daughter needs better. You can go to the courthouse and get a personal protection order. The PTSD and lasting emotional scars take forever to heal.

get a restraining order and yes you do go to court for that. and afterwards you can go on to take additional steps to be able to make him pay child support
